Anambra 2017 : Member of Reps, Nwoye honoured by CAPPS

 www.odogwublog.com reports that the Christian Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, Anambra State Chapter weekend honoured member Representing Anambra East and West in the Federal House of Representatives, Dr Tony Nwoye.

Dr Nwoye , a former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) state Chairman  and students union president was honored as Patron in recognition of his outstanding commitment towards National and Human Development.


Addressing the gathering at Best Western Meloch Hotel, Awka, President of the Association, Sir E. O Ekwuno(JP) said Dr Tony Nwoye has been bestowed with the distinguished Patron of the association.

A press statement from Paschal Candle of the Media/ICT unit of Dr Tony Nwoye Media crew attributed Sir Ekwuno as saying that the award of excellence was a salute to Dr Nwoye’s unwavering commitment to outstanding personal performance.

Ekwuno’s words: ‘’Your achievements so far in the National Assembly and beyond are shaped by the strength of the foundations you set. Thank you for your commitment to excellence.

Dr Tony Nwoye in his reply said that the foundation of excellence is built with the quality of your actions and the integrity of your intent.

‘’Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.

‘’Those who attain excellence commonly spend life in a focused pursuit, for excellence is not often granted on easier terms.

In his remarks, Dr Tony Nwoye said that a leader who shares experience ensures a bright future and leaves a legacy of success, adding that true stars rise to the top not by chance but through dedication, commitment, purpose and passion.

‘’Dr Nwoye, we say to you that confidence is a plant of slow growth, but from its flowers a leader emerges.Your leadership is building our future with creativity and vision is second to none.
‘’Your activities in the House of Representatives have given us hope that the youths of our time can take the challenges of Leadership. You are setting the pace.
