Grandpet Energy Resources limited MD, Mr Peter Eze asks EFCC, DSS to arrest Dansa foods limited over 4.7 million naira Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) debt, Dangote fingered

www.odogwublog.com reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) have been petitioned by a firm Grandpet Energy Resources Limited over 4.7 million naira debt.

Also, petitioned are the Director General of the Department of State Service (DSS) and Chairman, Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
The petition written on April 4th, 2017 by the firm was signed by the managing Director of the company, Mr Peter Eze and made available to reporters yesterday in Awka, Anambra state.
It said the action followed the supply the firm made on March, 18, 2014; slightly over three years now to Dansa Foods Limited, which according to the petition made the firm to borrow 8.9 million naira to prosecute the business.
According to Eze, one million naira was paid to the new firm after a lot of pressure, describing the action of the foods company as extreme injustice.

Before now, according to Eze, the firm had written to the United Nations where it calculated the loss for the years amounting to over 18 million naira.
The surprising thing in the deal, according to the petition was that some people were dropping Alhaji Aliko Dangote’s name on the  deal, but Eze said they were not sure that Aliko Dangote was involved in the deal, describing him as a well respected person, who does not oppress the less privileged, rather helps them to grow.
He said their firm supplied Dansa foods Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) at a price of N143 per litre of which it issued them a duly signed 30-day Local Purchase Order (LPO) dated March 4th, 2014.
According to the petition, “we received our first shock when the company did not honour its signed contract to pay in 30 days. It took over three months of going to them almost on a daily basis, writing them protest letter, complaining to the Group’s treasurer in their Head Office before they paid for one of the trucks i.e 33,000 liters”
“We are now passionately seeking your intervention in this matter. All the while some concerned patriots have wondered if the president of Dangote Group (the holding company for Dansa Foods), Alahji Aliko Dangote, really know about this matter”
“Africa’s gem that is Aliko Dangote should not allow whosoever that is using his name to run DANSA foods to smear his hard earned reputation” the petition said.
