www.odogwublog.com reports exclusively that over Twenty-Eight political parties under the aegis of Inter-Party Advisory Council of Nigeria (IPAC) Anambra State Chapter, yesterday after its emergency meeting gave Anambra state House of Assembly  five (5) days to direct inquiry or investigation into the unlawful activities of the Governor Willie Obiano led Anambra state Government.
IPAC at the end of the meeting reached 7 point resolutions in a 3 point communiqué read by the Publicity Secretary of IPAC, and state chairman of NCP ,Sir Peter Okala insisted that Obiano should be held responsible should any breech of peace and order be recorded as te political parties would take over the state House of Assembly.

‘’ That in the unlikely event that, the Anambra State House of Assembly fails and neglected within 5 days' with effect from today,   to  direct  or  cause  to   be   directed   an   inquiry  or investigation into the unlawful activities of the Governor Willie Obiano, led Anambra State Government as contained in the petitions under reference written  by the POP Chairman in Anambra State, Prince Ken Emeakayi, we the members of all the registered political parties' in Anambra State, shall occupy the Anambra State House of Assembly until justice is done’’.

Some of the Chairmen of registered political parties' in Anambra State at the meeting who signed the document were Acting state Chairman of IPAC and ACD, Hon Kate Oby Okafor ,  Chief Ken Emeakayi of PDP and leader of IPAC in Anambra state.
Others were Ken Okafor of PPA, Hon Moses Afum of AA, Hon Okey Okpala of UDP , Hon Emeka Obiakor of BNPP, Chief G.C Mokwe and Engr Sam Oraegbunam , Bar Emeka Denison Ibe of APC , Sam Anumba of ACPN ,among others.
www.odogwublog.com reports further that the Chairmen said they have adopted a petition by the Chairman of PDP , Ken Emeakayi to the House OF Assembly which was copied all the security chiefs in the state on the grave violation of the provisions of the constitution 1999 as amended by Governor Obiano.
The petition and resolutions they reached read in part:  ‘’That having seen and read through the petitions written by the Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party in Anambra State, Prince Ken Emeakayi, addressed to, the INEC, the Police, the DSS, the Attorney-General & Minister for Justice of the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Attorney-General & Commissioner for Justice of the Government of Anambra State, and the Anambra State House of Assembly, dated, February 9, 2017, February 10, 2017, February 13, 2017, February 20, 2017, respectively, on the above underlined subject matter, we hereby adopt the said petitions as the official position of IPAC Anambra State 1999 (as amended), respectively, brought against the Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano, as contained in the petitions under reference written by the POP Chairman in Anambra State, Prince Ken Emeakayi, in line with the provisions of the 1999 Constitution.
‘’ That in the unlikely event that, the Anambra State House of Assembly fails and neglected within 5 days' with effect from today,   to  direct  or  cause  to   be   directed   an   inquiry  or investigation into the unlawful activities of the Governor Willie Obiano, led Anambra State Government as contained in the petitions under reference written  by the POP Chairman in Anambra State, Prince Ken Emeakayi, we the members of all the registered political parties' in Anambra State, shall occupy the Anambra State House of Assembly until justice is done.

‘’ That   the   Governor   Willie   Obiano   led   Anambra   State Government, and members of the Anambra State House of Assembly, shall be held responsible for any breach of the peace, breakdown of law and order in Anambra State.
‘’ That, we the members of the registered political parties' in Anambra State shall continue to be law abiding.
‘’ That,  we  the   members   of  registered   political   parties'   in Anambra State shall no longer fold our arms and watch as those that hitherto swore to an oath to defend Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, engage in grave violation of the said 1999 Constitution.
‘’ That the Police, the DSS, and members of the law enforcement agencies, are requested to prevent Governor Willie Obiano, and the Government of Anambra State, from continued breach and grave violation of Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), to avoid any crises, anarchy, bloodshed, breach of the peace, breakdown of law and order in Anambra State’’.
