IPOB rose against Osinbajo’s visit to Owerre today

www.odogwublog.com reports that baring any last minute change of plans , security operatives may have an uphill task controlling the upsurge of Members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Movement for the Actuualization of Sovereign state of Biafra (MASSOB) who will b e protesting the release of more than 150 of its members held in detention.

This is coming as the  Acting President of the Country, Professor Yemi Osibanjo will today visit Owerri, the Imo State capital on  a day working visit .

According to a press statement issued by the chief press secretary to Governor Rochas Okorocha, Mr Sam Onwuemeodo, the acting president while in Owerri,  will commission one or two projects out of the many projects executed by the Rescue Mission Government of Governor Okorocha.

The Acting President according to the statement is expected to meet also  with the Stakeholders in the State ,same day.

While expressing his happiness to the visit, governor, Okorocha, however wishes on behalf of his family, the government and good people of the State a fruitful visit while praying for him and his entourage a journey mercy.
