Robbery is not my calling, says robber who was arrested three times

What do you make of a man who wanted to succeed through the short-cut of armed robbery, but ended up getting arrested on each of the three attempts he made? Well, that is the story of this 28-year-old Nnamdi Okorie who was unsuccessful in the three operations he embarked on in his short career as a man of the underworld.

He explained that no matter how painstaking he planned his operation, it would fail. This, he said made him realize that robbery was not his calling.

His words: I'm not cut out for robbery. It's not in me. I need forgiveness. I will never go for robbery again. Each time i go for robbery operation, i get arrested by the police. I have tried it three times and failed three times.

The suspect finally resigned himself to fate after he snatched a Toyota Highlander Jeep, along Asaba-Benin expressway. The police revealed that Okorie, and his gang attacked Chibuzor Nzerem of the Federal College of Education[Technical], Asaba.

The victim was attacked behind MTN office in the metropolis. Having attacked the victim, the gang zoomed off through the expressway by Onicha-Igbo. The gang was however intercepted by the operatives of the Safer Highway Patrol Team, who mounted roadblocks along the axis.
