Ada Ugo-Ngadi, the Managing Director of Ontario Oil and Gas Limited and her co-defendant Walter Wagbatsoma, the Chairman of the company involved in Subsidy Fraud have been sentenced to Ten years in Prison by Justice Lateefa Okunnu of Lagos High Court in Ikeja today.
Meanwhile, the Sentence is to count from January 13th, 2016 and the Judge also ordered the culprit, Ugo-Ngadi to refund N754 million being the amount she defrauded the Nigerian government.
