IPOB raises alarm over invasion of Army and police in South-East

www.odogwublog.com reports that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) yesterday raised alarm over the invasion of South East land and South-South by Federal government’s military and police.
A statement signed by Emma Powerful, media and publicity secretary of IPOB said the invasion was with the support of some Governors, even as it condemned the sponsored terrorism against the Ndigbo.

The statement read thus: ‘’We the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and it's leadership worldwide under the command and leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the prophet of our time condemn the heartless and barbaric attacks going on all over the states in Biafranland. This reign of state sponsored terrorism against innocent civilian populations is being executed by Hausa Fulani personnel in the Arewa dominated Nigerian Army and Police with the tacit support of some governors especially in Imo, Anambra and Abia states. It is shocking that an Igbo governor will invite police and army formations headed by Fulani men to execute their fellow citizens in cold blood because they want to please their Arewa masters that rigged them into office.


‘’It is unacceptable that Hausa Fulani dominated Nigerian Army and Police are still attacking and killing innocent and law abiding citizens in Umuahia and Owerri for some weeks despite Amnesty International report indicting the governor of Abia State and Nigerian Army leadership. There is ongoing court case in the United States of America that will most certainly end up implicating the Nigerian Government for their role in the killing of unarmed IPOB family members.  Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu and Rochas Okorocha are the two governors directly responsible for importing trained blood thirsty killers from Hausa Fulani Arewa North to kill our people in cold blood. They must be held accountable for these crimes against humanity.

‘’We also wondered why Okezie Ikpeazu and Rochas Okorocha would be collaborating with Hausa Fulani dominated soldiers Army and Police to humiliate and kill innocent people in their respective states. These actions from the two governors has conveyed the impression that Abia and Imo States respectively are under Islamic occupation. Hausa Fulani army and police recruits have been given the license to kill innocent Biafrans at will by Okezie Ikpeazu and Rochas Okorocha. This perception that Hausa Fulani security personnel can kill as many people as possible in our land and get away with it is very damaging to our collective psyche as a people. 


‘’Well meaning people are at a loss to understand how a supposedly democratically elected governors of the states in Biafraland can allow such a murderous band of savages like the Nigerian Army and Police in uniforms to be killing and terrorising innocent people at will in their respective states. When IPOB declared no election in all the states of Biafranland starting with Anambra State gubernatorial election in the 18th of November can now understand why.

‘’The entire world must be made aware of the fact that governors in the South East are not actually in charge of security matters. They are impotent and our people must acknowledge that some of these governors cannot protect them. Our promise to these collaborators and their Arewa masters in the core north is that we IPOB will continue to push for the restoration of Biafra freedom until we secure independence from this British created mere geographically created hell-hole called Nigeria.

‘’We have never heard of any Arewa governor ordering the shooting and killing of innocent Hausa Fulani citizens in their respective states. There is no recent recorded incident of a Southern police officer firing at an unarmed group of Hausa Fulani people but daily there are reports of trigger happy Hausa Fulani army and policemen killing innocent people in the South.


The release concluded: ‘’Before the latest killings in Umuahia last night, Rochas Okorocha few days ago personally supervised the cold blooded murder of Imo citizens in Owerri because of what he terms market relocation. This resulted  in loss of lives including that of a 10 year old boy- the only son of the parents. He was killed by this same murderous Hausa Fulani soldiers in Nigerian Army and Police who are in effect an army of occupation in Biafraland. With this event still going on in our land, we maintain that the governors of Abia and Imo States respectively chief Okezie Ikepeazu and chief Rochas Okorocha through this present actions have continued to demonstrate that they are the archetypal Arewa slaves in government houses in Abia and Imo States. Their days of collusion and iniquity is gradually coming to an end’’.
