Quit Notice: Arewa youth behaving like backward people

www.odogwublog.com reports that a Journalist turned Gospel Evangelist, Theo Rays Ejikeme has lent his voice on the quit notice given to Igbo in the north by Arewa youth saying that the youth behaving like children of a backward third world country who like to dwell and die on old stories instead of seeking new ideas and knowledge to be to face and overcome challenges of nation building.

Speaking during the public presentation of his books tilted Beyond Darkness, End of Crises and Desert Storm at Ogidi in Anambra State yesterday, Rays urged the Youth to forget old stories and embrace new ideas and knowledge and thus commit their energy in finding ways to do better than their fathers and more make meaningful contribution to the growth of Nigeria

He said that asking Igbo to leave the north because of Biafra is opprobrium on the side of the Arewa Youth because such is not obtainable in any part of the world.

The preacher note that Ndigbo and people of others part of Nigeria including Alhaji Aliko Dangote have investments all over the world - in other African countries  and others parts of the world but non of these countries have ever asked Nigerians to leave instead they are looking for more people to  come and invest in their countries.

He said "If Arewa Youth are willing to ask Ndigbo to leave the north, let them also tell Guinness, Coca Cola, MTN and other multinational companies to leave the north. I can see that the Arewa youth need to be educated, I think I have to recommend my books for them.

He repeatedly urged the Arewa Youth to avoid dwelling on old stories, stop disturbing Ndigbo and commit their energy in looking for what and what to do towards improving on the living condition of the children, doing better than their fathers toward moving the northern region forward and of course make meaningful contribution to the growth of Nigeria.
