Governor Willie Obiano has nothing on ground to justify N430b allocation --Obiogbolu

www.odogwublog.com reports that an Anambra state governorship aspirant under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has asked the incumbent governor, Chief Willie Obiano to account for the average of four hundred and thirty billion Naira(N430b) he has collected as allocation for the past three years.

Dr Obiogbolu who spoke with www.odogwublog.com in Nnewi Anambra state today noted that the amount represent the average sum of money the governor has collected from federal allocation for the twenty one local government areas in the state as well as the state allocation.

The PDP governorship aspirant who is also the proponent of Oganiru Anambra recalled that Dr Chris Ngige as a governor for three year built over two hundred roads while the Mr Peter Obi in his eight years reign had more than eight hundred roads to his credit.

He pointed out that Obiano will soon be three years in office but has nothing to show for the period and monies he has collected ob behalf of the state, accusing him of playing to the gallery by buying all manner of awards from different organisations.

Oganiru Anambra boss said emphatically that Chief Obiano was never prepared to govern Anambra state before the responsibility fell on him after his retirement from the banking sector.

"Obiano in different fora has said that he is not enjoying his work as a governor and that he was enjoying himself swimming and drinking in his Houston, US residence before he was called upon, but I am shocked that a man who is not enjoying himself will then turn around and start aspiring for reelection." Obiogbolu said

Dr Obiogbolu also tongue lashed the governor for trying allegedly trying to deceive the people by not making sectorial list of what he has done for the past three years which according to him is a manifestation of absence of anything to celebrate.

The governorship aspirant said investment in human and capital infrastructure would enjoy priority attention if he makes to Awka seat of government while local government elections would never be compromised for any political expediency because of its strategic importance in building leadership capacity.
