www.odogwublog.com reports that Charity House, Umuchu was today packed with indigent members of the town and the environs,  especially the aged to partake of free eye treatment paid in full by Godwin Chukwunaenye Ezeemo; inspection, spectacles, treatment, and so on
Ezeemo, flanked by wife, Nneka Ezeemo and Church leaders from various denominations, was present at the venue to give morale support.
Addressing the beneficiaries, Ezeemo decried the ills denominational segregation has cost humans especially Africans and called for a need for clearer vision.
"It is high time we cast aside our religious differences and treat one another like brothers. Our skin is black and that is all that matters. We breathe the same air and have similar needs,  why can't we love one another," he stressed.
Ezeemo said that this clearer vision which inspires love would facilitate growth and development of the society.
"Ifunanya is IGBO's word for love and that alludes to seeing. So, if I love you, it means I see you well as part of me and I treat you thus."
The eye specialist heading the program, Dr Levi and his team recorded attendance of more than 150 persons today for the first time.
The two day program which concludes tomorrow is one of the normal intervention programs of Godwin Chukwunaenye Ezeemo through Charity Ezeemo Trust for the Less Privileged in various sectors.
