www.odogwublog.com reports that the faction of Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB),loyal to Comrade Uchenna Madu yesterday cautioned Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state and his Imo state counterpart,Chief Rochas Okorocha,to henceforth stop their verbal war on the pages of National dailies,describing their action as an insult on the Igbo nation.
In a press statement signed by Comrade Uchenna Madu,a copy of which was made available to The Authority' MASSOB said the bitter exchange of words and attack between the two governors in Igbo land in the past three days as very unwarranted at this critical moments of the struggle to redefine Ndigbo in the national struggle.
MASSOB stated, 'With the current political reorganization going on in Igbo land for our future survival, how can these Governors allowed themselves to be used against Igbo interest'
MASSOB said it is holding Governor Rochas Okorocha responsible for fuming the crisis by openly declaring that three Igbo governors will soon join APC. The group said if Okorocha is sure of his claims, he would have mentioned the names of the three Governors and provide evidences of their meetings or plan.
The group warned Igbo politicians to desist from making provocative and unguided statements just to pacify their political allies and masters. It alleged that Okorocha's claims are mere tricks to heat up the polity in Anambra state ahead of the 2017 governorship election of the state.
'Today, our political detractors are happy celebrating this political madness that is capable of disorganizing our people, this is a political ploy by APC to heat up the Anambra political arena in readiness for 2017 governorship election in Anambra state'.
MASSOB alleged that the manifesto of APC as a political party have no room for accommodation of Igbo interest even President Buhari as helmsman of APC have pathological hatred against Ndigbo,
MASSOB advised Gov Okorocha to wait till 2019 when the mainstream of Igbo populace will determine with our massive votes which political party Ndigbo will identify with.
MASSOB said it is lamenting that the main vision and mission of APGA have been defeated because of clueless leadership of it's current chairman National chairman, stating however that Ndigbo still have sympathy for APGA because of it's late leader,Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu (Eze Igbo Gburugburu).
