Ibe not good enough for Nigerian Super eagles-Babayaro

Former Nigerian international, Emmanuel Babayaro, has revealed that Ex-Liverpool teen prospect, Jordon Ibe wont add anything significant to the current crop of players in the senior national team.

The Bournemouth of England forward has had a change of heart after earlier turning down an invitation to represent Nigeria, saying he is now ready to play for Nigeria.

Babayaro however, is of the strong opinion that Ibe is not even needed in the team as he won't bring anything different to the team, based on the fact that there players who are far better than him in his position at the moment.

He[Ibe] was one of the top prospects in England at a time, but all that has changed, he isn't that hot prospect he made the football world to dream. He is not setting the world on fire at Bournemouth. He sits on the bench more often than he plays. A team that has Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho,Victor Moses and Ahmed Musa all in attacking position doesn't need a player like Jordon Ibe. These are by far, better footballers than Jordon, and i believe that Nigeria doesn't need him, at least at the moment.
